Calls are normally answered between 8:30am-2pm, Monday-Friday. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message on our answerphone and we will call you back.

Alternatively you can email your details to us, including your telephone number, and we will contact you as soon as possible and email or post you a client information pack.

Inside the information pack, there will be a questionnaire which we will ask you to complete and return to us with the registration fee if you are interested in coming to speak with an assessment counsellor.

The Counselling Assessment Session

This session provides the opportunity to talk about what brings you to seek counselling, what type of counselling you are interested in, and what you would hope to get from it.

The assessment lasts 90 minutes and you will be able to ask the assessment counsellor questions about what coming for counselling might be like. Following the assessment we will contact you to let you know what type of counselling we reccommend and we allocate a counsellor for you as soon as possible.

If our service is not suitable for you, we will discuss this with you and suggest alternatives wherever possible.

Will I have to wait for counselling?

May 2017- There is no wait to be seen for an assessment session.

Depending on your availability to attend counselling, there may a be a wait to be matched with a counsellor. There is more demand for evening sessions, so if you can come during the daytime, you may be seen more quickly.
